I'm in Toronto

Well, folks, here's the first "live" report, as I have more or less an hour before (working) dinner and I can use the complimentary hotel internet.
So.
Let's start.
The hotel.
It hyper-rocks! It's the more luxurious hotel I've been "living in". Yeah, even more luxury than the Wonders Castle in Belgium, which is posing as high-class hotel but it sucks compared to this.
My room is huge, green marble in the bathroom and some perfumed lotions made by a specific company just for this hotel. I think those lotions will mysteriously disappear... ahem! It wasn't me, I swear!
Anyway.
The intercontinental flight is gone, another one is ahead of me for getting back home, but for physics mysteries it lasts one hour less.
All right, it's not mysteries, I just don't wanna think why right now.
The queue at the customs was horrible though. One hour standing there just to hand in a card and having a stamp on me passport. Anyway.
The food is what I call American Standard, meaning that being a veggie I eat Italian food (ravioli, pizza, etc) except for the breakfast, which was pancakes and warm maple syrup, yum, now we're talking!
The city is awesome. Don't ask me how, but the first impression I got, besides the fact that it's all projected towards the sky, is that it's extremely... clean and neat. It's not something you spot immediately, it's more like a general feeling and only AFTER you realize what that general feeling is, you start noticing that there's not even a hair on the pavement.
And the sky.
Blue.
Cartoon clouds.
Wind.
Lots of wind.
Lots of warmth, today it felt like it was summer.
And everything is super-sized.
The hotel beds.
The sky-scrapers.
Lake Ontario.
The city itself.
My PM says it has the best bits of the UK and of the US.
Well, it's somewhat true.
Oh, and I was asked THREE times today if I live in the UK. I don't know what my accent sounds like, even Mylove couldn't locate it, but I have an English-ish accent (not Scottish, not Welsh, not Irish... just English-ish). I need to work on my RP more.
And now it's dinner time.
